We need to find the common wavelength for the new frontiers of hospitality for all, and to do this we can start from the mistakes that are all too often and clumsily made, in order to respond to the requirements of clients with specific needs.

And so, how many of our beliefs are actually valid?

It’s important to synchronise with clients (all clients), and now is the time to understand this.
